Here's a bit about my experience. I have 2 years of experience as an IELTS trainer. Now, I have been working for 3 years as an English teacher. My way of teaching grammar isn't only rule-based but also based on daily life examples.

Tutoring Approach

Before initiating any chapter or play, I firstly introduce my class to the characters and provide a summary. As for grammar, I usually provide examples not only in English, but also in their mother tongue. Personally, I find it easier to grasp English when it is taught in one's mother tongue. Therefore, learning 50 words a day is of no use; instead, I aim to teach my students to learn one word per day and use it in different sentences.
