Experience

I started my teaching career at Rawat Public School, where I taught English to students in classes 7th and 8th. I spent four years in this role, from 2009 to 2013. Following that, I joined L.B.S. Public School as an English faculty for classes 11th and 12th, where I taught for three years, from 2014 to 2017. Currently, I am working at St. Joseph Convent School, where I hold the position of Vice-Principal. I continue to teach English as a senior faculty and contribute to the overall administration of the school. This journey has provided me with valuable experiences and opportunities to grow both as an educator and as a leader.

Tutoring Approach

I begin my teaching approach by using mind maps, which helps students visually organize and understand the concepts. I follow the pattern of NEP2020 (National Education Policy 2020) by explaining the text in a comprehensive manner, ensuring that students grasp the content thoroughly. To make the learning process engaging, I incorporate various activities related to each chapter, allowing students to actively participate and apply their knowledge. Additionally, I prepare students for assessments by providing them with multiple-choice questions, short question answers, and long question answers, enabling them to develop a deep understanding of the subject matter and improve their exam preparation skills.
