I asked Monika to help my daughter with her Chemistry before her final exam. When speaking with Monika I found her to be very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, motivating and got on well with my daughter immediately. Monika started by understanding what issues she was having and offering advice on how to alleviate these issues. Monika then organised lessons using a series of useful techniques e.g. exam questions, white board mapping to go through the topics she found most difficult explaining them in a simple, easy to understand way. In just 4 weeks this improved my daughter’s confidence and test/mock scores so much so, her teachers asked her why the sudden improvement. In this short time Monika helped improve my daughter’s grade from an E to a C. However due to the pandemic the final exams were cancelled and my daughter didn’t get to work with Monika for the full 14 weeks, if he had done so I have no doubt in thinking she could have achieved a B grade. I therefore have no reservations in recommending Monika as a tutor having seen the results achieved with my daughter.
