Post that, I started teaching my cousin and neighbors' kids for middle and high school classes in CBSE Boards.

Due to placement, I had to leave my hometown and relocate to Surat. While being in Surat, I started missing teaching and the sense of accomplishment it used to give.

Hence, starting another innings in teaching but this time in a slightly more formal way.

Modular, feedback-oriented, and dynamic teaching is what I use. Let me explain this.

I used to teach my batchmates during my B.Tech, while I grasped most of the concepts that our professors taught, my friends struggled. Therefore, I used to teach them.

Our professors were excellent teachers, but their methodology was slightly incompatible with my friends' learning styles (though it was compatible with most students in the class).

Each person is unique, including students. Even though the course is the same, we can adapt teaching methods to make it compatible. That's why I highly believe in dynamic teaching methodology.

By modular, I mean focusing on one small portion of the syllabus at a time instead of the entire chunk.

Feedback-oriented means having regular intervals of tests to assess both short-term and long-term learning and retention.
