These are a few ways I follow for all kinds of students. 1) I use more board rather than giving notes as they are readily available in the internet. This way students can have a deep knowledge and insight into the course. What are they doing and most importantly why are they doing the course. 2) At the end of the class I inquire every student regarding their doubts and if I feel there isn't sufficient time to clarify the doubts then, I call them at my and their convenient time so as to clear every doubt. 3) Since I have taught at engineering colleges previously, I think practical knowledge should be at par with theoretical knowledge. These days there are a lot of online platforms, tools (e.g. Scilab made by the IIT like the MATLAB, path loss calculators, and many more videos) which prove to be quite helpful to the students accordingly as far as deep understanding is concerned. I think by the help of these techniques, students can quite easily grasp the basic concepts as well as the advanced concepts of any course and moreover I can keep on improving and achieve perfection with time if given a chance to teach via Learnpick.in.
