He didn't teach us simply like a teacher, he was like our guardian, always giving his best.
I studied 3 years between 2008 to 2012 i.e. 9th, 10th and 12th standard. And the one year I didn't was a disaster for me.
The best thing about him is the way he handles every student. It's not just about students who already are good performers but also the underperformers. He always gets the best out of every student. Will recommend everyone to join his classes.
According to me, A teacher should have 2 qualities:
1) to create interest in subject in which he is teaching.
2) to clear doubts arises in the subjects.
And rest is up to student.
I found these 2 qualities in him when i was his student.
Even now when i need advice for my academic, i personally met him to discuss my problem.
just because of this qualities, i personally want to thank him for my teacher.

I joined "Eye classes" when I was in 10th standard. I was performing below average due to some reasons. I lacked the motivation to study and perform. I joined Jha sir's institute, and boom! from the next term I started improving. He is one hell of a unique person, who will try to instigate a feeling of competition amongst the students by providing various cards of honor(like a green card, yellow card etc) and prizes. Conducting numerous sectional and full tests which magically motivates students. I was the lowest scoring guy when I joined and in boards, I was the one who scored highest in the batch, not only in coaching but in my school.
He also monitors students continually and puts in special efforts on the ones who lack.

He makes learning fun. I was so scared of Maths that i used to ignore the subject altogether. My other scores were pretty decent. Brajesh Sir helped me score a whooping 93 in my boards. He is really good. So many years have gone by but i have not come across a cooler teacher than him :)
