Experience:
I, Ankit Kumar Jha, hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science with First Division and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts. Teaching has always been my passion, and I have dedicated more than six years of my life to this noble profession.
I have qualified several competitive examinations including SSC, UPSC CSAT, Bihar Government Job Exams, and Jharkhand Government Job Exams. My strong performance in these exams reflects my solid command over Mathematics, Reasoning (Mental Ability), English, and General Studies.
I started teaching in 2019, and since then I have taught more than 700 students from different academic backgrounds. Many of my students have scored above 90 to 95 percent marks in CBSE Class 10 board exams as well as at the school level.
I teach Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies depending on the needs and preferences of students. I have also guided more than 50 UPSC CSAT aspirants and helped them successfully clear the exam.
In addition, I have trained banking aspirants and MBA entrance aspirants such as CAT, MAT, and XAT, helping them strengthen their concepts and qualify for their respective exams. I have also provided one to one training to learners who struggle with English, helping them understand the language in a natural and practical way.
My students appreciate my concept based teaching style. I use simple explanations and daily life examples so that students understand the concepts clearly instead of memorizing them. This approach makes learning easier, more effective, and enjoyable.
I have also provided one to one training to learners who struggle with English, including students, working professionals, and homemakers. My spoken English training focuses on building confidence and helping learners understand the language naturally.

Approach:
My teaching approach focuses on making learning simple, engaging, and result-oriented. I strongly believe that students develop interest in studies when concepts are explained in a clear and structured way.
In my classes, I break down complex topics into simple parts so that students can easily understand and retain them.
To make learning more interesting and effective, I use flowcharts, diagrams, and step-by-step concept breakdowns. This visual and structured method helps students connect ideas quickly and develop strong conceptual clarity. My goal is not just to finish the syllabus but to make students truly understand the subject so they start enjoying the learning process.
For competitive exam aspirants, I regularly discuss previous year questions to help students understand exam patterns and important topics. I also conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and continuous evaluation to track progress and improve both speed and accuracy.
I encourage students to ask questions freely and maintain an interactive learning environment where they feel comfortable expressing their doubts. Over time, many of my students develop strong confidence and start falling in love with the subject because of the clarity and structured approach used in my classes.
My focus is to build both knowledge and confidence so that students can perform well in exams and apply what they learn in real-life situations.
