I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

I first give you the rough description about the topic and concepts in chapter then I teach you my way then at that time only I will tell you to read the topic again and ask you the question on that topic so that you don't need to go through the topic again until I conduct the test. I have my own retest pattern test which is unique and 100 % result oriented.
