I intend to try and develop a student's ability to think independently so that he/she becomes capable of solving complex problems on their own. I encourage students to come up with their own solutions and only help them to reach it. I donot spoon-feed because that handicaps the student from being self sufficient and that's not something I intend to do. I'll teach online during this pandemic.

I usually teach the subject matter first to my students using flow diagram, examples, problems with sufficient time and paying individual attention. If I am sure that my students are well acquainted with the subject matter I give 2-3 days time to revise that matter several times. Then I take short test next day.
