Experience	Experience: I have resigned my job in a private firm and have a lot of free time right now. So I thought of taking private tuition for students from 5th and 12th std. I am also doing PGDM from IIM-K in kochi campus during weekends. So i won't be free during weekends. I prefer taking classes at my home since here I have a lot of space here.

Approach	Approach: I plan the lessons as per the student's ability to cop up and and moreover upon their needs. My teaching technique is student friendly and easy to understand which helps student understand it better. Weekly tests will be conducted to know the student's performance.
