Career Designer 360 is guidance and coaching platform which scientifically empowers young talents to identify and develop their key potentials, abilities and skills. Established in 2017, we are currently operating in Kolkata & Delhi. With the theme of holistic development in mind, we engage in coaching, career guidance (Margdarshan) and workshops on soft skills development, stress management etc. At CD360, we use a combination of uniquely designed psychometric tests, profile and skill analysis, to help our students channelize their time and energies in the fields that best suit and interest them. We are also realising our dream of exposing students to a confluence of teaching and mentoring sessions, that focus on communication, personality development and subject-specific coaching.
