Experience	Experience: I believe that teaching is a two way process,it needs an efficient teacher to share his/her knowledge and even the co-operation and co-ordination of a student to enhance the learnings.I belong from a middle -class family ,pursuing my degree from Techno India.I had many experiences,some where good and some were bad,but I guess we all learn something or the other from every negative turn-up points and we should work on that.I even think that a tutor must be a friend to his or her student.Yes, a friend first and then a teacher.

Approach	Approach: My way of teaching is simple.As I said I believe in being friends first and then a teacher it will help me to understand the student, the student will open up himself /herself to me comfortably.The subject the student would love to study I will introduce new topics to that so that the interest remains constant.And when it comes to the dislike part,I will work hard on that so that the student doesnt finds it hard enough to dislike it.We all have the tendency to hate something and run away from something which we dont understand properly and in result we keep avoiding it,but that's not the way right?.When it comes to weak students I ll fetch them some extra time and hard work,so that they do well.
