What's Your Question?
Answer

The natural frequency of an object is the frequency of a sound wave at which the object resonates

Answer

THE FREQUENCY AT WHICH THE OBJECT VIBRATE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE ANY EXTERNAL FORCE

Answer
Natural frequency =sure root of(stiffness of the material/mass)
Answer

Natural frequency is the frequency at which a system oscillates when not subjected to a continuous or repeated external force.

Answer

The frequency at which a system oscillates when not subjected to a continuous or repeated external force.

Answer

Free vibrations of an elastic body are called natural vibrations and occur at a frequency called the natural frequency. Natural vibrations are different from forced vibrations which happen at a frequency of applied force (forced frequency). If the forced frequency is equal to the natural frequency, the amplitude of vibration increases manyfold. This phenomenon is known as resonance.

Answer
Natural Frequency is frequency at which body vibrates without force if once matches with the frequency of other there will be Resonance. A Marching of soldiers can be break a bridge..
Answer

The frequency at which a system oscillates when not subjected to a continuous or repeated external force.

Answer

natural frequency is ocillating frequency without applying any external source

Answer

the frequency at which a system oscillates when not subjected to a continuous or repeated external force.

Answer

it is the frequency at which body tend to vibrate when you give some intial displacement (no force) and leave the system alone. it very simple to demonstrate . take a any steel food plate hold it on one end ,then just hit it (with your hand )once . you will see the vibration (hear the sound) which is it natural frequency. (caution don't hold steel too tigth or too loose . hold just firm enough so as plate doesn't fall while hiting) .

Answer
  • The natural frequency is the frequency at which a system oscillates when it is not disturbed by an outside force.
  • All objects in the universe have a natural frequency.

  • A good example is oscillation of a pendulum clock. Even we are not giving any force still the pendulum moves back and forth in a desired time interval.

Answer

at what frequency the object oscillates without applying any external filed or force ,,is called the natural response
