Experience:

I will plan my lessons to make fundamentals clear and distinct and building the lessons from beginning by suitable example and exercises. I believe once the foundation is strong, the student would found the advanced topics easier to grab and excel.

Approach:

Try to explain the concepts with practical and real time examples Once the day's session is over, plan to give small assignment ( only one question ) to make the student to explore the concepts of their own to gain some more knowledge on it Weekly assessment tests (or after five days session) to assess the students knowledge in that subject Finally try to make students to ask so many questions related to the subjects
