Then after decrease by y%, it becomes P*(100-y).(100+x)/10000.

ATP, P*(100-y).(100+x)/10000 = P.

=> 10000 + 100x - 100y - xy = 10000  .   => 100(x-y) = xy  .   => x - y = xy/100 .

Now, xy is obviously > 0, since x and y both are positive numbers.
