Linking between the textbook and practical knowledge is most important and this is how learning will be more interesting for the students.

First I take a test of the student to know what does he know and from where I have to start working on him / her. Basically I try to focus on the weak areas of students. My concern is that from whatever subject they are afraid of, I need to help him/ her with that. I am also a student and I better know how it feels when you want to study and something is terrifying you. So as a student, I can teach them well. I am pretty sure about that.
