Tutoring Approach

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

I believe in adjusting my teaching methodologies to students needs and his/her approach. For theoretical subjects best approach is in understanding the concept behind and case studies with examples. Discussion here plays a vital role as it opens the students for memorization in a better way. But in development (IT) I believe that trainee should be clear of basic fundamentals like in programming he should first understand what is Variable and how is memory used etc. Later small small topic based projects helps to build his foundation. And than any small live project an help him to summarize what he believes to expertise. I can even put students on live projects in Web Designing, PHP, Wordpress, CMS development and Digital Marketing.
