The following are the steps undertaken by me during the process of tutoring:

• I Look at the syllabus and plan the lessons accordingly.
• Next, my classes would be planned in an organized way for example: each week would cover 1-2 chapters.
• I would be assessing the student by giving a test once in a week and the assessment would also include surprise tests which will further motivate the student to study well.
• After covering the syllabus, I will focus on extending the syllabus to know some interesting facts which will motivate my student.
• If there is time available after this, I shall enlighten the student about the current research facts on the topics taught by me.
• There will be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and preparative exams whose format will be based on the final board exams. Also, I shall give tests based on the competitive exams requested by the student in parallel with the board exam mock tests.

My tutoring technique is to identify the strength of a student and harness it to make him/her perform well. My teaching shall help the students overcome their weaknesses. I believe in teaching to be an enjoyable experience..!!
