I simply break down a chapter into sections from easy to moderate. For spoken English, it is important to focus on the environment. As long as you have the environment of English, you will be in touch with it. So, I try to speak in English mostly with my students and, rather than making them memorize vocabulary and grammar rules, I prefer teaching them everything through the environment so that they can remember it for good.
