I am Sharad Oza. I completed Bachelor of Engineering in Computers (2011-2015) from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India. I am currently working with one of the largest multinational banks in the world JP Morgan Chase as a Software Application Developer (level grade: 502). As technology being a driving force in a bank and being a computer science engineer being well versed with the latest technologies and skillset, I am involved with the Corporate Sector of the bank innovating and migrating complex applications of the bank to latest robust technology frameworks like Java, Hibernate etc. that can bring operational efficiency to everyday transactions in a bank. I have an expertise over many computer technologies especially Java, C++, C, Data Structures, Oracle, SQL. I have a strong academic qualification in both engineering and Higher Secondary Studies (+1 and +2). Apart from these I am also a motivational speaker on topics like Art of Developing Self Confidence, "Time Management", "Character development". I am a corporate trainer at Speakwell Skills Academy and many other institutes like Wisdom Academy, KnowledgeTech, Revitech, K3 and many other private tutions for Maths and Olympiads for ISC, IGCSE, Maharashtra State Board, ICSE, CBSE for grade V to XII and engineering as well. I take corporate trainings / seminars on topics like "Team Building", "Developing Self Confidence" etc. I am also one of the partners in 3dtutors International Education Inc., an IITian + IIM initiative. I take many soft skills cum software courses like Java, C++ and many other computer engineering courses for GATE in this institute.
