Approach can be personalized to every person joining. I don't believe in any generic approach e.g. somebody likes to discuss more and explore less whereas someone wants less discussion and wants to explore more. The minimum would be, class will be in the form of a discussion and not a lecture so as to engage the student with a small test every 2 - 4 weeks as per the pace of the student. Moreover, I am open to any other techniques that the student wants to follow.
