Experience

Have worked in a Mutual Fund Organisation for about 20 years in the Top Management and was also involved in the Teaching and training staff on English for Corporate Communication and Soft Skills Training. After this took up Online Tutoring for School students and then thereafter College level students too. I teach all subjects for school students upto 9th STD for all boards, across pan India. Also i teach English language for fluency and enhanced vocabulary , one to one basis.

Tutoring Approach

The teaching methodology i adopt is based on the requirements of each student and their understanding ability. For school students, i go chapter by chapter, explaining each lesson whether it is for languages or Maths and Science subjects. Periodic tests are given to check the understanding of the students. Reviews ar given to Parents periodically. Handwriting skills are also taught along with memory enhancement skills.

Experience

As a recent commerce graduate with no formal teaching background, I am excited to begin a career that leverages my academic background and enthusiasm for the profession. I may not have a lot of classroom experience, but I bring a new outlook, passion, and a deep interest in personal and professional development to the education world.

My approach to teaching commerce is grounded in practicality and the real world. I believe that students should be able to understand and relate to complicated financial and business ideas by demonstrating their relevance in their daily lives. I want to create an environment that is inclusive and interactive so that students can actively engage in their learning.

Although I am new to teaching, I am keen to embrace modern teaching techniques such as case study, problem solving, and group discussion to make lessons interesting and relevant.

I plan to adjust my style to meet my students’ diverse learning needs and to help them develop their critical and analytical thinking skills.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to be adaptable. While I may not have a lot of teaching experience, I’m open to hearing feedback and am willing to adjust my teaching style based on my students’ changing needs and the changing business environment. Another of my strengths is that I’m a lifelong learner. I’m constantly looking for ways to improve my teaching skills, from teacher training to workshops and certifications to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

While I do not have any formal teaching experience, I am actively seeking opportunities to gain the required knowledge and practical classroom experience to complement my academic background.

In summary, as a recent commerce graduate with no formal teaching experience, my strengths lie in my passion for the subject, adaptability, commitment to continuous learning, and strong analytical skills.

I am excited to begin my teaching career and am dedicated to helping students understand and excel in the complex world of commerce.

Tutoring Approach

Since I have completed many internships during the course of my college, I have much knowledge on the workings of the real world, it will help me to teach my students with a practical approach. For my lesson plans, I will analyse where the student is stuck up at and I will make sure that the lesson plans are comfortable with the student also. My tutoring technique is of a much more realistic one where I will give enough time for the student to first approach a problem, as to see their problem-solving skills. My tutoring speciality is my knowledge on various subjects and its research on them, as part of my coursework in college, competitive research had to be done and it has equipped me to find information on various subjects.
