Tutoring Approach

As far as my teaching is concerned, I teach in a very simplified and easy-to-understand way. I am a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven person with a commitment to the academic growth of every child. I am skilled in adapting to students' diverse learning styles. I believe that a student needs the conceptual understanding of the subject first, and then he can easily build on that knowledge.

Experience

I believe that education is best imparted when discussion and participation of student is encouraged. I am quite interactive and patient with my students and plan modules as per the individual need of the student. While I am result oriented, I also focus on the approach to a particular problem. I instill motivation in my students to perform par excellence. I always plan my approach only after reading the mind of the student on how he/she is capturing the concept from a particular subject. If he is good at it I take him to the next level by testing on areas a bit tough but if he is lagging a bit, then I start from scratch and explain the concept in different ways until he understands and then go for further plans. Ability to understand the learning requirements of students and effectively deliver the lessons. I will be conducting small group discussions which are employed to help students develop their ability to think critically. I prepare myself before delivering any lecture. Give weekly test to students. Provide with presentations and make hand written notes to easy the topic..More than 10 years of teaching.

My approach is to enable students to develop understanding of the subject through logical and practical examples so that complexity is simplified and the student goes through the learning process naturally and confidently.I prefer one-to-one tuition as it gives me the chance to focus and groom my student accordingly as each student has a different way of understanding things. I try to keep it simple and connect with my students as much as possible. Individual coaching, personalized attention and dedicated teaching methods is my USP. I believe every student can achieve excellence as it not only depends upon the god give intelligence but also how one’s mind is nurtured and set upon the right path of thought.
