I'm Mozammil, a student of BS in Computer Science at Aligarh Muslim University, India. I succeeded in both the AMUEE and JEE entrance tests. I secured 87% in my high school with distinction in all subjects. I am currently a member of the Aspire Leadership Program, which was founded by Harvard University.

I excel both as a teacher and a student. I have three years of experience teaching Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, and Science to students in grades 1st to 10th in various languages (English, Urdu, and Hindi). I’ve been teaching for seven years. Four years at elementary school, and three years at secondary school. Learned a lot along the way, especially what teaching methods work best with various classes and subjects, but also how to deal with problems with discipline, something every teacher faces in this district. I will be honest with you–it wasn’t always an easy ride, and I experienced a few really bad days, days when I considered quitting teaching. But luckily I’ve never done that, because when I look at the bigger picture, and all the good things that happened with the students, I still see teaching as my mission, and as a dream job to have.

Tutoring Approach

I teach lessons that are truly tailor made to my student. The way I teach will be informed by them and their ability, the way I structure my questions, the way I might even ask the questions, are all driven by that ability, and where they are in their development of mathematical thinking. As I have had lots of experience teaching in schools, this is has given me unique insight into how teachers and lecturers think, (I used to be one) and what they would like to see from their students who are engaged in private teaching. I will be asking to see if they have noticed an improvement.
