Have always been a firm believer in Home tutoring since I started teaching my own kids.After a bit of inspiration, I started home tutoring kids from SSC,HSC,ICSE,CBSE and IGCSE boards.I do not openly support the theory of mass teaching (classes esp.) since that doesn't give a foolproof way of teaching every child.And hence a private tutor. Private tutions need not be costly but should be effective. I had opened a small class for 10-12 kids in two batches everyday.

Tutoring Approach

The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires. That would be my principle in teaching.Every child is unique and his/her needs are also unique. Feeding the child with knowledge is gonna make no sense to him/her unless they relish the taste and understand the ingredients. Knowing something and Learning something is totally different. And my approach to make a child understand things and making him think more on it. Open up his mind and let him/her explore more.
