I never go by exercise approach. I give more importance to concept understanding. Many students find mathematics very difficult because their concepts are unclear. I use Inductive Teaching methods, and audio-visual learning methods.

I believe that no question is stupid question and I encourage students to ask as many questions as they wish. Asking questions is paramount to getting the concept cleared and getting the confidence and will to learn more. While teaching I prepare students to their exams by taking regular exams and feedback keeping on eye on questions asked previously and the question trends.
