I have 5 years experience as a Special Educator. I am passionate about my profession and have been dealing with various autistic children. I have done my specialization in B.Ed. with subject matter as autism and visual impairment. Regularly attend seminars to keep myself up to date with the current practices used to teach autistic children. Proficient in developing new lessons and activities to expand learning opportunities and in giving conceptual knowledge to my learners.

Since many children with autism require Tutors who have a specific understanding of their conditions and unique needs, it can be difficult as a parent for you to find tutor that’s right for your child. I as a Special Educator understand the difficulties that this puts families in and the concerns associated with finding quality child care. My knowledge can support you through common problems. My approach key points are: Each child with autism is a unique individual, it is important to understand a child's strengths, areas of need, likes and dislikes. Encourage your child to be a friend, even though forming and maintaining relationships can be challenging for a child with autism. Offer a listening ear without judgment. Knowing your child can approach without being judged or receiving advice can be a relief. Keep any information about the child and family confidential. Individuals with autism who can read benefit from visuals. Using pictures and modeling will mean more to students with autism than a lengthy explanation. Children with autism feel more comfortable when they have a routine with clear structures, and minimal deviations from their predicted schedule hence I ensure the learning environment and lesson plans are structured. It is important to develop in children with autism, the knowledge and skills required for social interaction. A child with autism may not seem interested in interacting with peers, parents and teachers, but it’s important to keep teaching them social skills. Using various simple teaching tools to develop skills in autistic children.

Experience

I have completed my graduation in B. SC IN HOSPITALITY AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT in June 2018. I have previous experience of 2 yrs of taking private tutions at home as well as I had also worked as a housekeeping faculty in a renowned hotel management college.

Tutoring Approach

I can provide study materials for theoretical part and also numerical portions. I will try to cover the entire syllabus before One month of final exam so that student can get enough time revision. I will give the students homework and check the whole on the next day. I can also give the students some soft copy if students are interested.

Experience :have 2 year experience in private teaching upto 4th stander student in Eglish medium student,and upto 7th stander in math and social science inot Bengali medium.
