I plan my lessons according to the student's needs. Firstly, I try to find the weakness and the reason behind the weakness. Once the weakness is identified and analysed, I create a plan for improvement along with the student. This collaborative way of handling weakness always gives us a better result. The uniqueness in my style of teaching is that I try to identify the strengths and weaknesses of my student. While I try to remove the weaknesses relentlessly, I also guide the student to maximize on the strengths.
