First I pay attention to the exact requirement of the student, then concentrate on his/her knowledge level, background, grasping power on the subject etc. Thereafter I start explaining the topics so that the student is able to understand. I keep asking questions after explaining the subject so that I can keep a track of his/her understanding on the subject. I create a very open and friendly environment so that the students are comfortable. I explain the subject with examples, visual aids etc. I am innovative and believe in different methods of teaching. I give assignments also to check the progress. My tone is soft but sometimes I have to act little differently so that the students are putting sincere efforts to learn the subject/topic. I believe in showing the results and work hard to transfer the knowledge to students. Student's Success is my Success.
