I make teaching experience interesting by conducting discussions and quizzes as to have a better understanding that how much the student has imbibed and what more we need to work on. I work according to a planned schedule so the syllabus is completed on time and we have ample time of revision. This makes student work under no pressure.

My approach is holistic, and I cater to the student's needs and convenience making it comfortable for them. I plan my lessons by preparing a questionnaire and looking at the weak points which need more attention. The lessons are divided subject-wise and chapter-wise with follow up tests after the completion of each chapter. An overall subject test will be taken after the completion of the course with a follow up class discussing the paper.
