I am working as an Assistant Professor. I have 6 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in a private college. In addition to this, I have around 3 years of teaching experience as a tutor. I have two master's degrees, an MBA and an MCOM, both with first class honors. One of my strengths is that I love to interact with new people, which helps me to adjust to new students in a friendly way.

When it comes to my teaching style, I would describe it as highly adaptable. I don't prefer one teaching method or one way of interacting with students in the classroom. Each class and each lesson is different, so I believe that a good teacher should always adjust their teaching to their audience. I prefer an individual approach to teaching. So far, this approach has been working great, and I have no reason to doubt its effectiveness. I typically work with students one-on-one and always try to clearly define the goals with each student. I focus on what they want to achieve and what they expect from our cooperation. I also put emphasis on practical application.
