I have been mentoring for past 4 years. I believe in clearing the concepts and teaching students by giving them practical examples so that they can correlate the concepts with real world. I discuss and help in finding alternative approaches to problem solving to get the solution quickly and correctly This is the best technique that I have discovered so far and it has worked pretty well for me and my students. My purpose is solved when I see my students perform better and that is when I feel most satisfied.
