Experience	Experience: I am an MBA - Marketing Graduate , I work with an MNC in the Sales and Marketing department , have won various Debate and Quiz Competitions at School and College levels. I Want to bring about a change in people's mindset who feel English is not for everyone, I want people to treat it as a language not a social status, and I want everyone to know everyone can speak in good English. Have been tutoring students for more than 7 years now, the experience is very good, the best part is even I get to learn so much. I can take all subjects till standard V of all boards.

Approach	Approach: In the 1st few classes (2-3 classes) I try and assess the students calibre -strengths and weaknesses and then work on the same. Every student is brilliant, one needs to identify the same, its only a matter of time. I plan the lessons as per the student's ability to cop up and and moreover upon their needs. My teaching technique is student friendly and easy to understand which helps student understand it better. Weekly tests will be conducted to know the student's performance.
