Experience	Experience: The journey started with my brother whom I taught while he was preparing for his matriculation. Fortunately, he secured great marks which helped me to gain confidence and laid a path for me as a tutor. Approach	Approach: From my past experiences, I learned that there should be a different method for different students depending on their skills and aptitudes. My teaching usually is based on understanding the concept rather than memorizing it. Before I set off on the journey, I try to know my student's previous understanding and knowledge of the subject. It helps me to keep things simple, and at the same time, it helps students to understand the topic easily. An analysis is done on regular basis.
