I am a Diploma holder in Yoga. I have completed my diploma from "YOGA VIDYA NIKETAN" at Vashi Navi Mumbai. I have an experience of 9 Years in Yoga and meditation. I have been teaching class 3 to 8 students for over a year, and have helped them overcome there fear of difficult but important subjects.
