Currently I am working as corporate trainer and as a visiting faculty.I have conducted training at NDA, Pune, software companies and MBA institutes. Previously I was working with Liberation Business School, Mumbai as Head of Administration and Full Time Faculty.

I make the students undergo a well organized training process where they are trained about several news ideas and concepts. I motivate them to think independently and implement their ideas in an innovative manner.
