I have worked as a Lecturer of Department of Periodontics at AJ Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore from September 2006 to August 2008 and as a Lecturer of Department of Anatomy at Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences, Surathkal from September 2011 TO December 2014. Currently I am working as a lecturer of Anatomy at Guardian Dental College.

I use a consistent, formal approach in evaluating my student's performance and determine the best teaching method for my students because I think correct knowledge is more important than complete knowledge. I as a teacher have the ability to analyze complex problems in a structured manner to arrive at the root cause and thereafter evolve appropriate solutions.
