After 23 years in Industry I took up teaching in Engineering College 15 years ago. Now teaching is my passion and NOT necessity. I use both black board and power point presentation to make the student understand the subject as well as score good marks in the subject. I highlight the points where students are likely to make mistakes in examination and the method to be used to avoid occurring of the same.

Subjects are taught in a classroom equipped with drawing board for each student and projector. Making drawings on drawing board with mini-drafter is more accurate and faster. Only 4 to 5 students in a batch. The difference between a college/coaching class with more than 40-50 students and my tuition is personal attention and that is what I want to focus on especially with the students who are not able to grasp what is taught in the class. Personal attention will help in overcoming this problem. I use self prepared animations while teaching which help student a lot in understanding. I take lots of numerical per chapter. I give many practical applications of the topic. I believe in making the student understand the concept which is important from examination point of view and also for future growth of student.
