Recently working as a lecturer in 21 century academy from last 3 years with that taking home tuition from last 4 years, I would like to teach student by the way then can get easily. I used some ideas in teaching so student can remember it and easily understand that method. Every week end used to take one question paper on syllabus so will get idea about students how much they are getting, and in which topics they are weak.

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.
