Learning with Niraj Ganatra: Tutoring Sessions

Minimum Two Hours of teaching session per day for each subject; four times in a week; working on all seven days of the week; Tutoring Technique: First of all I will have a brief discussion with my student to gauge and understand his existing level of understanding about the subject and then accordingly, start with sessions. I try explaining the concepts to students by practical demonstration or by referring to real-life practical examples and make them practice the subject assignments during sessions itself. To supplement, I also eMail small testing homework assignments twice every week to be explained in coming week sessions with solutions and underlying thought process. Alerts for sessions and homework assignments are sent through WhatsApp. Then I take test for each completed chapter-topic, then cumulative test for all topics-chapters completed till date and then get students to solve sample-model question papers; I encourage two-way interaction with students during all my teaching sessions to enhance learning of students. Queries of students from one batch are shared in sessions of another batch to ensure complete coverage and clarity of topic being taught. This ensures conceptual clarity.
