I believe in achieving large goals by completing small ones first. Students need to be understood before they are guided towards any goal. Understanding there positives and negatives is most important. So that it gets easier for both the student and the teacher to concentrate on the week areas and strengthen the strong areas even more with a mutual understanding. Discipline and dedication are very important things that I follow in my teaching. And create a similar behavior in students towards there goals.
