I have worked in Resonance as a Faculty of Chemistry from May 2009 to September 2012. Currently I am working at 21st Century Education Pvt Ltd as a Faculty of Chemistry from October 2012 till now.
I instill critical thinking among my students by making them think imaginatively, actively seek out new points of view, problems and/or solutions, being innovative and take risks. I also check out the progress by reviewing the work of individual student.
