Meet with parents to discuss progress and address behavior or mastery issues. Develop discipline plans and work closely with at-risk students.

I strongly believe and have practised my belief..which is.... planning and teaching of lessons is mainly dependent on the differing levels of every student's grasp and speed. So my plan differs from student to student. I explain concepts with real life examples in a simple comprehensive manner which makes their understanding and retention easier.
