Learning with Surajit Chakrabortty: Tutoring Sessions

I feel that if the basics of a subject matter is clear to a student, it would become a lot easier to tackle problems pertaining to that particular subject, however though it may be. So, I try to emphasize more on clearing the basics of a particular subject, or a topic for my students, so that they don't face any obstacles related to that particular topic or subject. Sequential and intuitive explanation about concepts so that fundamentals are built very strong without any confusions. This methodology being supported with various life related examples will help to picture the concept in mind which will help to always correlate the concept with reality.

My approach of teaching is: First I try to make the students comfortable. I decide the course length by looking in the syllabus. I provide them the teaching and conduct different tests on weekly basics. I try to work with students more if they are not able to understand my point. I ask them questions and let them speak even if they go wrong so that they develop good communication skills and gain confidence. Lastly, I even take feedback from students about my teaching style and improve myself accordingly.
