  • Answer:

Supreme court is apex in judicial system of our country . india is a democracy and federal system which means their is divison of power between central government and state government. Whenever such tussle appears , supreme court's decision prevails .Even if any government is formulating any law which may posses threat to citizens right or freedom , then also supreme court acts as a apex body . For its independent working our constitution had made it free from both legislatures & executives . Also if any thing unconstitutional happens , supreme court has full authority to stop such act immediately. Therefore for the protection of our constitution and the proper functioning of our government, supreme court is definetly a guardian of our constitution.

  • Question: Why we need constitution?

Posted in: Political Science | Date: 11/11/2017

    Answer:

India is the biggest democracy of modern world . looking at it huge population and diversity in geographical, social ,linguistic, religious ,ethnic and political aspects , its really a tough job to lay down a constitution of such massive diversity . Constitution plays an important role in democracy . since the basic structure of governance and government is defined in it . Also it balances the federal nature of governance by vesting separate powers & responsibilities between centre & state . One of the most striking feature of our constitution is that it had given us various fundamental rights to every citizen irrespective of their religion, caste, creed or any other discrimination in the society . Constitution had also laid down various laws according to which any government work. Judiciary is another important pillar of our constitution which protect the rights of all citizens .so in a country like india it would had been an impossible task to have democracy without a proper elaborated constitution and our leaders like Dr.bheem rao ambedkar had blessed us with the same .

His chemistry with his student is fabulous. He doesn't believe in a tutor-student relationship instead he developed a friendly approach. He is teaching my son & daughter both in class 10th from last two years when they were in class 8.
