Experience	Experience: Graduated from Mount Carmel College Bengaluru. I have worked with a NGO where I taught the wonderful kids in the orphanage. I have not only gained experience but also the knowledge to understand the depth of a child's inner character. Education is the strongest weapon and every child deserves to acquire it. Approach	Approach: Firstly I try to understand my students. Some are slow learners while some learn really quick, some kids require more attention...etc. In accordance to the students learning behaviour I try to teach. I want my students to understand what they study because true education is not about mugging up but understanding and relating to it. I believe seriousness along with a little fun n humour will make the kids interested and focussed. Test will be conducted every now and then. Every child is special and they deserve credits and love. I will be available only from june 2015.
