Experience	Experience: I have been teaching students for over 6 years now. Approach	Approach: The child needs to be clear conceptually with subjects like Mathematics and Sciences, and have a good vocabulary for grasping the other subjects. In the absence of these, I prepare a plan as to how the child is to be fundamentally made strong along with the accomplishment of daily work from school and the preparation for the exams. The work of a teacher is well served when there is a constant feedback on the daily progress and activities of the student. I make sure that the child clearly understands what is being taught to him. In case of difficulty, I would invest more efforts to make sure that he does not leave the class with a confused mind.
