Experience	Experience: Apart from giving private tution in my hometown till class 12 I had taught in a CBSE affiliated school as temporary teacher for 1 year. Currently I am doing masters in psychology from IGNOU which is extended due to project part remaining to be completed. I have also done diploma in PGDCA, teaching has been my favorite always and for that i have joined an NGO and mentoring kids upto class 2. Thus i got a good variety of experience In teaching different age groups and different subject.

Approach	Approach: I follow dialogue approach where first I filter out priority topic as per syllabus. Then I first take brief view of questions and then teach student keeping those questions in mind and asking the same to let their brain do exercise and better involvement in topic.
