Approach	Approach: My teaching approach is to teach the student at their level and I believe in basic level teaching-learning. For a subject like Chemistry basic knowledge is the key to success both in obtaining marks and cracking entrance. I use white board and marker pen during classes. Teaching is a student-teacher interaction not an one sided game. Hence I discusses and solve problems in each class where student will take part actively. Syllabus will be divided according to the no of classes available.
