Lets consider that you want one page called index.html in which you want to add both audio and video.
Let's first create index.html file as follows (Please copy code and paste in your editor with proper indentation to work with it).

Lets first add audio in index.html page.
To do so lets create one folder called - audio at the same place where index.html file we have. Inside of this folder put the audio file which you want to add. In my case there is folder called audio and inside of audio folder I have - ted.mp3.
After first <h1> tage add <audio> tag as follows:
<h1>Audio will goes here</h1>
<audio>
</audio>
Inside of audio tag add another tag called <source> to tell browser that we need to add ted.mp3 audio file with src and type attributes as follows:
<audio>
<source src="horse.mp3" type="audio/mpeg">
</audio>
Now, audio is added in your page but it is still not displaying. To display it we need to use - controls attrabutes with audio as follows:
<audio controls>
<source src="ted.mp3" type="audio/mpeg">
</audio>
Now let's add video inside of index.html. To do so let's create another folder called - video at the same place where index.html file we have. Inside of this folder put the video file which you want to add. In my case there is folder called video and inside of video folder I have - ted.mp4.
Process of adding videos is same as audio. So the code is as follows:
<h1>Video will goes here</h1>
<video controls>
<source src="video/ted.mp4" type="video/mp4">
